Abstract: Приведен анализ рисков развития заболеваний и получения производственных травм в строительной отрасли промышленности. Выведены аналитические зависимости показателей рисков для различных специальностей. С использованием вербально-цифровой шкалы Харрингтона найдены значения возраста выхода на пенсию или смены специальности.
Description: Background.The construction industry is characterized by the high injury level and the development of occupational diseases. The average risk level in the construction industry is 1.91 times higher than &#xD;
in the chemical industry. The assessment technique of getting an injury during a lifetime for definite professions is of significant importance. It is evidentthat the risk of getting a job-related injury increases with the advancing years of an individual worker, besides it varies depending on the categories of workers.&#xD;
Materials and/or methods. Using the data obtained by the American researchers, the analytical dependences of the accumulation risk rate of the obstructive pulmonary disease development among workers of various professions in the construction industry have been drawn. &#xD;
Results. Industrial risk factor characteristics and their consequences, namely, health loss, have been provided. The increased age of a worker leads to the increased risk of getting an injury; the risk varies considerably for definite categories of workers. Rates of the lifelong risk level gradation in terms of &#xD;
time loss of full time personnel employment have been given. It is also shown that quantitative methods must be applied for qualitative data processing using such qualitative rates as danger, assessment &#xD;
of age-related changes and the possibility of performing professional duties. Using the verbal-numerical Harrington scale and the obtained risk factors allows us to assess the rate levels of the worker’s retirement age or his or her assignment to a less hazardous position. According to the Harrington scale the highest preference level ranging from 0.63 to 0.8, is set, which corresponds to the individual value rates ranging from 0.77 to 1.5. The latter is proportional to the logarithm of the injury risk level or the development of occupational diseases among workers of corresponding professions. For the professions in the construction industry the rate levels of the worker’s retirement age or his or her assignment to a less hazardous position are established at 50-65 years. The upper level in various countries ranges from 60 to 70 years, while the reduction of the bottom level relates to the social problems. &#xD;
Conclusion. On the basis of the risk level assessment using the Harrington desirability scale, the recommended age rates have been assessed, which makes up 50 years for roofers, 52 years for masons, &#xD;
55 years for joiners, 59 years for mechanics and 65 for other professions.</description>

Abstract: Исследовано влияние рН раствора на растворимость железа, алюминия, меди, никеля и хрома. Выведены аналитические зависимости и приведена интерпретация причин повышения содержания железа на промышленных установках. Определены характеристики осаждения соединений железа из растворов в зависимости от концентрации кислоты и температуры раствора. Приведены аналитические зависимости, характеризующие влияние указанных факторов на&#xD;
процесс осаждения.
Description: Background. Heavy metals belong to the most hazardous compounds to human’s health and other biological systems. The toxic effect of heavy metalson living organisms manifests itself in changing the functions of the central and peripheral nervous systems, endocrine secretion, hematopoiesis system. &#xD;
Their absorption by the organism triggers malignant tumors and causes the malfunction of the heredity system. &#xD;
Materials and/or methods. The methods of aqueous solution purification from heavy metal compounds by means of alkaline clarifying agents have been analyzed. The effect of a pH solution on metal, aluminum, copper, nickel and chromium solubility has been studied. The pH change per unit in the &#xD;
systems of drinking water supply within the acceptable range according to the standards of World Health Organization leads to the elevenfold change of aluminum compound content. &#xD;
Results. The characteristics of the metal compounds deposition process from solutions depending on acid concentration, solution temperature and the deposition time have been identified. The indicator &#xD;
characterizing the degree of metal compounds deposition is the exponential function of a value reciprocal of the absolute solution temperature and the exponential function of acid solution concentration and the value reciprocal of the length of the deposition process. &#xD;
Conclusion. The dependencies in the given research allow assessing the effect of definite factors on the deposition process and optimizing the process of metal compound deposition.</description>

Materials and/or methods. The theoretical basis of this researchis presented by the scientific publications by native and foreign scientists on the evaluation of information risks and the provision of the &#xD;
industrial information security. &#xD;
Results. The investigation of the essence of information risks and their control methods at the enterprise allows ascertaining that economic efficiency isby and large the economy attained as a result of &#xD;
the introduction of techniques aiming at information risks reduction. It can be interpreted as the income received from the information risk managementactivity. One can talk about profitability of the &#xD;
information risks management activity of an enterprise, given the economic efficiency is positive. &#xD;
Herein, the key result is to reduce losses and to ensure regular functioning of the core enterprise activity by means of the financial control. &#xD;
Conclusion. Information risk is a situation that enables enterprise losses because of the information technology application. While assessing information risks, the value of information sources is taken &#xD;
into consideration. Information risks are estimated in money terms and imply possible losses. Information risks management means cost management of their reduction, which suggests cost planning, financing and evaluating their efficiency.</description>

Abstract: Рассматриваются вопросы совершенствования электромеханической системы быстрой смены погружных стаканов на участке промежуточный ковш-кристаллизатор машины непрерывного литья заготовок(МНЛЗ). Предложен роботизированный комплекс, реализующий установочные движения механизма на базе энергосберегающей системы электропривода.
Description: Background. Current foreign and native systems of a quick change of submerged nozzles, which provides continuous steel casting at the stage of a tundish-mold CCM, have a number of disadvantages: &#xD;
high cost, design defects, high time consumption and money expenses on their exploitation and maintenance, manual drive manipulators, presence of an operator in the hazardous area. The improvement of the quick change systems of submerged fireproof nozzles due to the substantiation of &#xD;
their rational parameters is an important scientific technical task. &#xD;
Materials and/or methods. The research implies patent search and comparative analysis of the advantages and disadvantages of technical solutionsconcerning the manipulators for the submerged &#xD;
nozzles change and their drive automation. &#xD;
Results. A new design of the manipulator for the submerged nozzle change of the slab CCM tundish has been provided, as well as for its electromechanical drive regulation system by way of its frequency regulation ‘frequency converter-asynchronous motor’ which eliminates all the disadvantages of modern technical solutions. The main components of the regulation system are a drive motor and a frequency converter. The given system allows us to frame the necessary law ofthe electromechanical &#xD;
drive control of the system manipulator of a quick change of submerged nozzles. &#xD;
Conclusion. Industrial exploitation of the given robotized complex enables the remote and semi-automatic quick change of a submerged nozzle at the stage of a tundish-mold CCM. The present solution complies with the conditions of the continuous steel casting at modern highly efficient slab CCMs with any number of strands, as well as various types of lifting-and-shifting mechanisms of the tundish. &#xD;
The introduction of this engineering development allows us to increase the prime yield by 0.15 %, to &#xD;
reduce the operation time on submerged nozzle changeby 42 %, to facilitate operating CCM personnel work in highly hazardous conditions, to fully substitute the import of the quick change systems. The &#xD;
regulation system of the manipulator electric drive enables us to minimize energy consumption, to provide soft start and controlled drive motor braking,to stabilize the rotation speed while the load &#xD;
changes, to ensure high precision of regulation.</description>
